 We recently finished our custom build with Gallman Construction LLC. From the initial quote to the final punchlist item was a great experience. Every email, text, and phone call was answered promptly and in detail. The vendors and subcontractors were helpful, responsive, and skilled. Many went above and beyond to ensure we got the finishes we envisioned while staying within our budget. Our build site always had activity due to Mr. Gallman's precise scheduling, and we are in our new home faster than we thought possible after speaking to other contractors. Mr. Gallman's budget process and invoicing are very transparent. I was even given a list of his vendors to contact directly during the budget process so I could ensure the allowances would cover my selections. Each invoice submitted included an itemized amount for every budget item, and clearly reflected any change orders/impacts to the total build cost. Mr. Gallman also worked seamlessly with our lender to schedule bank inspections, request draws, and provide any supporting information required. In summary, we could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. We have already recommended Gallman Construction to our family and friends.

 What a fabulous experience! Much to our surprise the constructing of our new home was incredibly smooth and swift. The compliments from those in the business were nothing we anticipated. Other contractors, sub-contractors and even the bank were impressed with both the speed and quality of the progression. We have been in our home for 5 months, everyday of which we are very thankful. Of course we thank God for the blessings allowing our family this home, but we also are thankful for the relationships that lead us to meet our contractor, Danny Gallman. Danny's strong Christian beliefs and morals are clearly observed in all aspects of his life. My wife and I were most appreciative of Danny's integrity and his commitment to our family's best interests throughout the construction process. At the beginning of construction we were given a detailed schedule of the building process. This schedule was a very comprehensive, concise and accurate list of selection details and contacts. This list helped us to make timely decisions on products for the home so that Danny could keep the progress of our building ahead of schedule. On the occasion that we had questions or needed guidance on decision making, Danny was always available. Thus, allowing the process to stay ahead of schedule. Our home is beautiful and wonderfully built. I cannot wait to spend many years to come in this home. Danny is a wonderful contractor. He was helpful, organized, consistent and thorough. He became a friend and is still available to entertain any and all of our questions, even now, after the completion of our home. He even included a binder with each and every manual for our home appliances, fixtures and furniture. He made this a fun experience!  To say that working with Danny was working with an extremely competent and well respected contractor that has a flawless process that keeps everything moving, and also stays in constant contact with his customers, feels like it would be an understatement. Danny worked like an advocate for us to ensure the process and experience of building our home was enjoyable. Everything from the comps and subs, that all have great respect for Danny as well. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable with there part of the process. The integrity and transparency that Danny operates with puts you at ease from day one. He was on site from the day they started the form to the day they did the final cleaning. It was very common for me to see something that we needed and Danny had already seen it and had it scheduled. My only regret is that I will not be building another house, but if I did there is no question who I would be using. Thank you, Danny for making our dream come true and making the entire experience one that we will always look back on fondly.

 This is one of the easiest reviews to write. Danny Gallman and Gallman Construction LLC is absolutely 5 stars out of 5. If you are looking to build a house, contact Danny Gallman. In our custom house building process, we contacted so many contractors, and Danny was by far the most responsive and helpful. He always responded to us, way before we were fortunate enough to hire him. In fact, we reached out multiple times to him with different plans and tons of questions over the course of a year, and each time he was quick to reply and give detailed, honest responses! His subcontractors were all nice and did excellent work. His suppliers were all very nice and had nothing but great things to say about him. We had multiple changes during the build, and Danny was able to accommodate those changes with no problem. During framing he even had some of the changes made the same day we discussed them! Any time there was a hold up Danny found a way to keep the house progressing so it wouldn’t cause delays. Most things ended up getting done ahead of schedule, and the house was completed earlier than what was expected based on the contract. Our experience with Gallman Construction put in other terms: Price: 5 stars out of 5 Professionalism and Friendliness: 5 Skill: 5 Timeliness: 5 Overall experience: 5 In short, if you are looking to build, you have to contact Danny Gallman, otherwise you are doing yourself a disservice.

 This was our first build so I don’t have much to compare with but here’s some things I can say about Danny and Gallman construction. Danny makes the building process as easy and painless as possible. This was our first and last build but if I ever do it again I’d go with Gallman construction without question. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more honest and fair person to build your home. There wasn’t a time that I called or texted (which was often) where I didn’t get an immediate response whether it was needing advice or just had a question. Danny takes great pride in his work and at times it felt like he was building our house for his own family which in my opinion is extremely important when making such a large investment. As I’m sitting here typing this I can’t think of one bad thing I can say about Danny or any of his subcontractors. Gallman construction gets a 5/5 from me and I feel strongly that if you allow Danny to build you home you will be very happy that you did.

 My husband and I have been thru the home building process twice before. When we decided to build our home to retire in, we had no doubt who we would get to build it. We looked for land for an while, chose a plan and got our bid. Danny helped up work up some changes we wanted in our home. When I went to meet with flooring, lighting, appliances, granite, and his subs, the process was very easy and professional. They all speak highly of him. We love our new home and recommend Gallman Construction highly. He was always a phone call away to answer questions or give advice. Willing to offer advice when asked for suggestions.  Before Danny was even our contractor, he was just one phone call away. He had excellent communication (which we found so hard just looking at different contractors). Danny is down-to-earth, humble, and hardworking, and makes the building experience a lot more peaceful knowing you have someone that cares about his builds.  Our experience building our home with Danny was excellent! Everything he promised he delivered, on time and on budget, and always beyond our expectations.
